House was initially for auction, cancelled due to coronavirus. No open houses, a handful of walk throughs. The whole process was a disappointment however not much could be done about it. Final sale price was lower than expected but difficult to determine how much this was to do with coronavirus or the house. Happy to have sold without drama but would have liked OFIs, auction and the full communication etc promised in initial pitch. A weird time to sell but definitely no fault of Louise. I’d use her again without hesitation!

Louise is incredibly professional, honest, always acts with integrity and her knowledge of the local market is the best around. We sold during the Coronavirus Pandemic which meant it was quite uncertain and challenging times for everyone. However Louise expertly and calmly guided us through this process and got a great result for us.
