Louise was actively looking for properties to sell and although our apartment was not ready she convinced us to allow her to present a potential buyer to our property which was less than 100% ready. Result. Property sold at what we believe was a fair but good price without us spending money on repaint and re-carpet. which may not have been to the buyers taste.
