We have recently bought with Louise at Redlands Coast Properties. She is engaged and supportive every step of the way. Her communication and organisational skills are exceptional. Louise’s extensive background in finance is of wonderful assistance to her buyers and we thoroughly recommended her.as a genuine and trustworthy person and wouldn’t hesitate to engage her in the future.

Property sold within two weeks and was surprisingly stress free, thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of the local market by Louise and her team.

Totally up to date with the current market place, communicated with us on a regular basis and kept up to date at all times A pleasure to deal with

Louise was recently asked to sell a house with multiple family stakeholders connected to the sale. To my amazement, Louise was able to keep all members focused on the outcome; answered multiple questions with honesty but considerately, and shared new information whenever it came to hand. A difficult task given some quirky family characters, but her calm reassurances, thorough knowledge of the Redlands property market and exemplary industry experience made the sale process much less stressful than I expected. I could not have asked for more in a real estate agent, and I wish Louise and her team at Redlands Coast Properties, continued success.

Louise is such a positive person who backs this positivity up with a professional approach that puts you at ease throughout the process of buying or selling. Louise als has significant finance industry experience which complements her role. The structured communication, her ready availability, all coupled with her compassionate personality and backed by her friendly and professional team makes her a winner.

Louise has a complete understanding of the market…she relates totally to the seller and buyers needs..her empathy is second to none..she entered our situation at important time in our life….reassured us..solved our wants with the minimum of fuss ..sold our property in record time and we would recommend her without hesitation to anyone

Louise, Margot, Casey and Sam put together an excellent campaign with positive results. Redland Coast Properties were always open and available for questions and ideas and kept us informed on progress regularly at each step. Highly recommended.

Louise recently sold our property. Louise was very knowledgeable of the area and very professional. Louise kept us informed on when she had people viewing the property and then was very prompt to provide feedback.

Louise never made me feel rushed and was very prompt in replying to my emails. She gave me breathing space to make my decisions and was always pleasant to deal with and offered good suggestions about the house renovation. She also never the area extremely well.

From our first communication,Louise was interested to give advice even before engagement. Her advice on which repairs/improvement desired was spot on. The sales campaign proceeded smoothly and very happy with both an efficient and very successful sale. Following completion Louise kept in touch

Very happy with the service we received. When the contract unexpectedly crashed, Louise had another contract for us at the same price within 24 hours. Highly recommend, and will definitely use Louise again.

We highly recommend Louise and her team! They are very knowledgeable and professional and were recommended to us. Louise gets you the price you want and takes all the stress out of selling your property. She goes above and beyond any other realtor we have ever used in the past. We will definitely use Redlands Coast Properties again in the future. Thanks Louise!
