Lou understood the market and was always available for anything I needed. We usually corresponded via email, and I found she would always get back to me the same day. Anything I wasn't sure about she was able to help me with, and also helped direct me to any external suppliers I might need, eg. Lawyers. I would recommend Lou when trying to sell your property.

Louise was always correct, friendly, punctual and always returned my calls but there were a few things that I would suggest you make clear before signing contract of sale. Sometimes I wasn't sure if she was working for me who in the end paid her a substantial commission. But she called the people who requested an inspection of the property "her clients" which left me very confused and worried. I gave her an inventory of things that I would have been happy to leave in the house as a tool for negotiation. Instead, she gave the list for them to choose what they would like to buy separately. I asked Louise to come to the house to collect the keys so as to make sure that she witnessed that I left the house in the expected condition but she declined even though the office was only 5 km away. Apart from that which I believe were things that I should have discussed with Louise before signing contract of sale so as to avoid many worries, I would say that the sale happened in record time which is what every seller wants.
Right from the very start Louise showed me her knowledge and experience of the local market. Louise kept up regular contact with me providing me with good advice on what I needed to or not to do. Louise created an excellent advertising program for displaying my property. I strongly recommend using Louise for your real estate requirements.
