There were some difficult moments for us with the sale of our land and we were overseas while the sale was happening. Lou was always available to answer questions and follow up for information. Her communication was above excellent and she made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Because of her knowledge of the local market we were able to get the price we wanted and Her calm professional handling of every change or hiccup during the sale meant we could relax and trust the process while we were away.
