Dan and Lou were professional as always. We set a challenging target price for our property and Dan and Lou were communicating with us throughout the campaign on where the market and the prospective purchases were at which kept us educated and informed on what to expect. The auction ran smoothly and all hands were on deck for the day which made us feel very cared for. We achieved a result we were extremely happy with on the day and Dan's auctioneering skills had the 2 remaining bidders bidding in the $1000s by the end. Belle Property, their staff and their affiliates who assisted with the styling, photography, cleaning and general upkeep of the property through the campaign was superb.

This purchase had a few complications and hiccups along the way and Louise was just fantastic. I know that she kept in touch with the seller and regularly reached out to us to make sure she understood where everything was in the process.
