Louise provided a very friendly respectful service and was a pleasure to deal with. The only hiccup was at the time of deposit being paid we contacted the office and explained we would pay it in two parts due to bank limits. I was surprised at the phone calls and messages pointing out the obvious even though I believe we had communicated openly.
