Louise really helped us out as we had a bit of troubles with financing and having to extend settlement and being first homebuyers she gave us some advice and when we found out we had got the house she gave us a little goodie basket which was very lovely she was very understanding and knowing that we hadn’t done anything like this before and help us through it
