Louise helped us sell our home in a tough competitive market – she is very thorough with her work, very responsive, cares more about what you want rather than getting you to just sell, she is very patient, knows her real estate market and is very personable. She helped us price the house correctly and react to changing market dynamics. She advertised the house well and ran a number of open houses. She was timely, efficient, and appropriate in her dealings with offers, and guided us and the buyers through the closing of the sale. Louise genuinely cares about her clients and looks after their best interests, a quality often lacking in a market flooded with real estate agents. Could not recommend Louise and her team highly enough.
