From the moment I employed Louise as my realtor she took the job personally. She went way beyond what I have ever experienced in selling my property. I have sold many properties and never have I had a realtor ensure the gardens were perfect she even worked on them herself. She helped me with the hiring of a painter to fix the paint in the townhouse, liaised with the the body corporate manager and basically pulled the manager into shape. She treated the couple renting my property with great care even buying them flowers. I could not recommend her more highly. Louise - ever the professional - shares her in-depth market knowledge in a way a layman can understand. She gave me weekly reports showing stats of number of groups through and feedback on the property and price point. She went over and above her duties of an agent from advising me where to declutter, what to spend money on to get the property auction ready and where not to (I.e. would not deliver a returns on investment), gave styling and staging tips and even the took my dog next door during the opens.

Persistent in her goal of selling the house. Had open days EVERY week and continued until contract went unconditional. We felt she was always working with our best interests and called with regular updates.
