As an experienced purchaser I am usually very wary of what a vendor's agent tells me. I brought this wariness to my original dealings with Louise, but very quickly came to see that it was uncalled for. She has that rare quality amongst agents of being very open and honest. That didn't mean she didn't act in the vendor’s best interests, but merely that she didn't sell her soul or principles in doing so. In other words, she upheld her professional standards such that I came to trust and eventually purchase from her. The upshot is that I'd recommend her to vendors and purchasers because an agent who is both trustworthy and professional is the gold standard in the real estate industry.
