Very unprofessional,unreliable and once property sold he don't care about customer not even bother to handover the keys .terrible

We were looking at a property in Wollert which wasn't to our expectation, the agent at the house was Love, he told us to have a look at another property around the corner from that house. Me and my wife must've missed that house because it wasn't on our list of house to see. We went to the house inspection and the Auction was on that day too. We weren't looking to bid; however, the price of the house was cheap. We ended up winning the Auction; if it wasn't for Love telling us about that house, we would be still looking around.
