I have looked my investment property after the settlement and when the keys were handed over to me. What else should I say? I have only analyzed the property value and gave my best offer figure to Love, he worked his magic to Negotiate the deal with the seller, Organised a financier to sort my mortgage with best rates, Organised a Conveyencor to handle my proceedings. He is way on top of all proceedings before I advice him. I was overwhelmed when he said he only would give me one set of the keys for my property and he would keep one for his agency and the other for the new tenant. Crazy to see a For Lease Board put outside the property rather than Sold board. He started his next steps and worked on putting the property for rent as he understood the purpose of my purchase. You are damn good Bro..!!! You would Excel to amazing heights with your hard work, dedication, zeal, enthusiasm and passion for what you are doing.
