Being in the industry for 18 years myself, I value honesty, transparency, integrity, accountability and efficiency. There are many agents that are simply "Try Hard Cowboys" . The Core objective of an agent to work for their Vendor that Love Wadhwa certainly fulfilled. Since I was buying but not wanting to be sold, he was backing up his statements with evidences. Because of the location, I paid the full price but I like to believe that Love tried negotiating on my behalf. It just the Vendor was a "MORON" who wouldn't even remove debris from the site that was clear at the time of contract signing. It's only because of Love's humility stopped me from creating dilemma. Real estate is all about presentation, negotiation and knowledge. You need to choose your agent wisely not based cheaper commission. You need to listen to the terms they use, body language, knowledge, tone of their voice, phone manner and the biggest of all Ability to Listen. There are 300 agents in Wyndham and 290 of them I run away from. You cannot go wrong with Love Wadhwa. I will ask for his professional service if ever selling.
