I had my house for sale with another realestate and did not sale for 4 months. I handed over my house to lua and sold it in a week

Lua has done a great job in selling our house and we feel privileged that she sold it for us in just 2 week!! Everything went to plan throughout the sale and settlement process! We interviewed a few other agents before Lua but we didn’t feel they had the drive to get us the right price for our house. When we interviewed Lua we felt like it was meant to be and knew she would do the best she could for us. I believe her results speak more for her than this review!

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Lua unfortunately lied to us in regards to the amount of people who turned up and took contracts. She told us numerous times there had been decent offers on the property however when it came time to presenting us with an offer, it was $60,000 less then what she was suggesting we would get. We were told if we dont accept this offer we might as well drop our asking price by $100,000. This agent shows no care towards the seller, after viewing security cameras, it was shown that Lua was outside texting whilst allowing kids to run through our house, jump all over our furniture and go through all our cupboards. Please be aware that Lua discussed my neighbours confidential information with me who was also trying to sell in a bid to push us into accepting a low ball offer.

Lua is one of the nicest and friendliest people I have met. She is professional and knows her stuff when it comes to selling a property l. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Lua was very straight forward in her approach with selling my house and that is a great way to be, she said she would sell my house and she did. When buyers dropped out Lua was straight on to it and found another buyer until the house was sold. Lua kept me updated with the sale and was always egger about the sale - if I had to give her a mark out of 10 it would have to defiantly be "10".

Had the property with another agent for over six months and not a single offer was presented. Met Lua, she was hungry and we loved that about her. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks.
