Luc and his associate, Callum, gave us the best purchase process ever. From our initial contact, all communication was genuine, honest and helpful. We knew it would be a competitive process to secure the property and we were given all the information we needed to act decisively. This included accurate guidance on the seller’s expectations on price but also terms and conditions that assisted us to get our offer over the line. They also facilitated our building and pest inspection and were superb in responding to every question and need we had. To support this purchase we also decided to choose Luc and Callum for the sale of our existing property and that process couldn’t have gone any better either.
