Achieved result above expectations, Did what was necessary to achieve a good result. Made property available for extra inspections (was vacant). Used on-line auction and sales system via realtair.com. I believe we were the first for Harwoods. Realtair.com administered the purchasers deposit as well. Method of providing banking details had no facility for receipting and recording details provided. Bit disconcerting as no way of referring back to confirm that correct details had been forwarded other than by calling agent. Overall very happy with service and outcome. Did the sales job well, which I am neither very good at or would enjoy doing.
