We came into the market when it was on the way down. Our expectations were high based on previous sales in the area. Our price needed to be adjusted downward continually over the period of time it was listed at. We were really getting to a point where we did not expect a sale at all. But with only one buyer interested Luca s was able to achieve the sale and at a price we could accept. He was at times sending a few mixed messages but was able to maintain the equilibrium needed between 3 siblings in a deceased estate situation.
