In a time of unease for most with Covid having just ramped up state isolation restrictions, we decided to purchase our home as all went into chaos and workplaces (including banks) were closing or working with minimal staff. Lucas was the supporting arm we needed, to get our purchase over the line, communication at a constant between brokers, solicitors, conveyancers and the vendors. Never pushy. He understood the unease Covid 19 was putting on everyone and did all he could to help lessen the stress. He was helpful and readily available whenever I contacted him. There was no bull s^%t banter from him. No over the top sales pitch. Just honest, helpful and considerate approaches to his work and professional nature. A pleasure to deal with. It was my first time purchasing a property and Lucas did very well to "hold my hand" throughout the whole process. He used his skills and talents to ensure the settlement was not impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic and bought settlement forward which was a very great idea during this time.
