Having dealt with property transactions in the past, I must emphasize that this has been one of the most disheartening experiences. Initially, the agent displayed minimal effort in ensuring a smooth property settlement process. Several incidents further compounded my dissatisfaction. I received a call indicating positive bank valuation results, only to discover later that it was an erroneous evaluation. Subsequently, the agent remained unaware of the contract's unconditional status, illustrating a lack of awareness and involvement. Moreover, when inquiring about property management details, I was simply directed to contact them myself, leading to an erroneous connection. Throughout this ordeal, communication regarding the property settlement process was severely lacking, leaving me to incessantly chase updates without proactive outreach from the agent. Despite requesting updates on pre-settlement conditions, such as air conditioning maintenance and balcony repairs, I remained uninformed, casting doubt on whether these concerns were addressed before the property's handover. In conclusion, my experience with this real estate agent has been profoundly disappointing. Their apparent disregard for customer service and buyer satisfaction is evident. Despite my history of property purchases, I received no gesture of appreciation or acknowledgment upon the property acquisition. I strongly advise against engaging with this agency, as they have failed to uphold basic standards of service. Save yourself the trouble and seek assistance elsewhere.
