My first impression of Lucas was formed via email where I asked to meet him to discuss the sale of my Mother's property. I had to change the time and date a few times and each time Lucas was easy in his responses, accommodating and prompt. I felt completely at ease with Lucas who has a can do attitude to everything. He put me at ease with my expectations. He was able to completely understand the dynamics of the sale in terms of it being a deceased estate and was so supportive in helping me arrange the property for the sale. He was immediately on the same page as me in regards to what needed to be done and if any of my tradesmen fell through, Lucas was able to easily manage a replacement. I met with a few agents and they were all impressive but the reason I went with Lucas was that I could see that he would be able to liase with all types of buyers and was clearly experienced at rural and urban properties. I felt completely at ease not being present once the sales process began and was able to leave everything in Lucas's hands.
