Professional yet down to earth

Lucas and the entire team at Sheppard and co have been so professional from the very beginning. Jahymi and Mel always kept us up to date and they were exceptional in accomodating our needs and communicating potential buyers requests to us. They were able to read the market and make appropriate suggestions of effective sale strategies to us which they knew would work for not only the market but for us as the vendors. They were extremely professional, yet also very down to earth and were understanding of the importance of finding suitable buyers for our much loved first family home. All requests were answered and we never felt silly asking questions of the team throughout the process. We always felt as though they wanted the best for us and we cannot be happier with the help they provided us throughout our first sale journey.
