Lucia Marzano acted in a highly professional manner during the sale of my property. This was especially so when the sale took place during the course of the ACT COVID-19 lockdown. She kept me up to date concerning everything to do with the sale, organised home styling, cleaning prior to settlement and other important matters.

We brought our first home through Lucia and she was nothing short of spectacular. Lucia was friendly and interested in us. She would check in regularly during the process and took interest in us and what was happening in our personal lives, not just in regards to the house. Quite often we would have several questions and send through pages of text messages and sure enough there would be an message back from Lucia in the next hour or so (provided I hadn't messaged in the middle of the night). I would call for advice twice to three times a week and I think once in the course of three months I got her voicemail. She is on the ball and ready to go all the time. With a friendly attitude she guided us patiently and calmly through from us making our offer through settlement and continued making sure we were ok after we moved in.
