Lucky was fabulous with the sale of my townhouse in Wishart. The property was tenanted and dealing with the tenants was going to be a bit tricky - to get great photos of the property and then to have open houses. The whole team was extremely professional. Always made themselves available and all calls were answered personally.... no recored messages. Knowledge of the current market and expectations for the prospective sale were conveyed on the first one on one meeting between myself and Lucky whereby the asking price set was to me feeling inflated. Within 2 days of listing on the web a contract was signed for $20,000 more than was ever expected or thought could be realized by the seller. Lucky however predicted that in the current environment should the right buyer come along the final settlement price could be achievable. So the story nearly ends. Follow up courtesy calls after the contract signed date were reassuring and appreciated. Overall, extremely professional outfit through and through. Would highly recommend.
