Solve problems fast, very professional and nice

The family chose Lucky to market the property after having a presentation from 4 other agents. The reasons for the choice were; Lucky showed she had experience, was a good communicator answered all our questions without hesitation, did not try to "steer us off in another direction" and complied with our request to keep the presentation short and to the point. She gave us ample time to consider the presentation and ask questions if we were in doubt about the procedures with selling a property as we were very inexperienced in this procedure. A willingness to negotiate marketing and other costs were also important to us. There was no obligation by her that we should "sign up on the day" We were given recommendations on what we should do that would help present the property better and were kept informed on the number of potential buyers that viewed the property during the "open house days" and in fact their view on what their budget was, so that way we knew how things were progressing. On auction day everything was well arranged and went smoothly. I would without hesitation recommend Lucky to any future vendor should they wish to sell a property. Even after settlement day Lucky phoned me to check that all money had been paid to our account, that is good follow up in my opinion.

Lucky was very good and have no complaints for the entire process of purchasing our property in Wishart. We have also appointed her as the property manager for this property while its on rent.
