Lucy is the ultimate professional. Lucy made the whole process so easy. When she first told us what we could expect to get we did not believe her but she had such a good reputation that we went ahead and signed with her. A couple of days later it was sold with an unconditional contract and long settlement which we really needed. We could not have asked for anything more.
