Amazing - the best agent ever

Lucy is incredible. From day 1 she was honest and proactive. She made every step of the sales journey seamless. She arranged for every detail of the sale, even things that she was not responsible for (eg managing current tenants, dealing with our managing agents, working with utilities providers). Honestly, she is amazing and I highly highly recommend her.
