I had never used a buyers agent before, on referral from a friend spoke with Jamie and Lucy at Charmers Property. Whilst I knew what i wanted I didnt live in Brisbane and was time poor. Their knowledge of the New farm, Tenerife and Newstead area was just what i needed, and saved me so much time. They really took the stress and time out of the property search. Lucy was delightful to deal with, highly professional, always available with great follow up and good communication.
