This was the primary reason for us choosing and agent and I am happy that I did, as DMR do operate by their ethics. Lucy and the team where very attentive and delivered to their word in all respects. They took ownership of the sales and marketing process and did a good job with both. My only disappointment with the engagement was regarding the agreed sale price. I was quoted well below what the property sold for. I felt like I had to push to set a fair price, and I am uncertain that we actually achieved the maximum price for the property. I would have benefited from a more accurate estimate and if more accurate would likely have felt happier about the final sale price. As it is, I feel like perhaps the property could have sold for a little more if we had set expectations higher to begin with.
