Luisa's Commercial skills are in no doubt whatsoever, we received detailed advice and information about the house. Luisa always had the interests of the seller firmly in her mind, but also managed to be helpful to us without compromising her position. One small point which may or may not be normal practice, I think the sellers should be asked to disclose minor faults in the house, we got a professional surveyor for building, plumbing and electrical, however we will still need to spend significant money to rehang curtains, fix sliding doors that won't open, fix air-conditioning faults - and a chipped sink with the damaged piece carefully put back in place. I acknowledge that you could say these should be picked up on pre-inspection ,although I would probably miss most of these things. When I sold my house I had everything fixed and declared up front.
