This was so important as we really wanted to win the property and relied on Lukas's experience as we navigated some choppy waters, auctions are not for the feint of heart. When we won the property it was the best feeling in the world. Lukas continued to check in on us and made sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. I know it sounds cliché but we brought our dream home and it was best feeling in the world. Lukas genuinely added to that wonderful memory by ensuring our experience was the best it could be.
