Out of all the sales agents we dealt with trying to find our new home (about 10 of them), it was not until we met Lukas Santinon of Independent that we found the right one. Lukas was so very impressive that not only did we buy that property, but engaged him to sell our existing one as well. He was thoroughly across the property's details, took the time to give us a very thorough inspection answering all questions accurately, and given our experience with others who just stood over in the corner on their phones, he was actually actively trying to sell the property, but in a very genuine way (not pushy at all). He followed up with a few things we wanted from the seller immediately following our initial meeting and communicated with us throughout the whole experience (not to mention making himself available for follow up inspections/questions whenever we asked). When it came time to sell our existing place, Lukas did not disappoint and confirmed that we had made a very good decision in using him as our selling agent as well. He also regularly updated me on the progress leading up to the auction.
