Lukas was so very impressive that not only did we buy that property, but engaged him to sell our existing one as well. He was thoroughly across the property's details, took the time to give us a very thorough inspection answering all questions accurately, and given our experience with others who just stood over in the corner on their phones, he was actually actively trying to sell the property, but in a very genuine way (not pushy at all). He followed up with a few things we wanted from the seller immediately following our initial meeting and communicated with us throughout the whole experience (not to mention making himself available for follow up inspections/questions whenever we asked).
