Lukas was assigned to our sale after our phone call to get an appraisal to sell mums house. Lukas had a detailed knowledge of the local market and had a good plan to sell mums house which I took to my sisters who also agreed it was a sound plan. Deciding to do styling as the house was empty was a great decision and we believe it gave us the best price for mums house. We don't live near the property and he took care of the building and pest issues on our behalf, which didn't end up costing us a dollar.
