Whilst the sale of the property has been finally sold, there had been some slight hiccups regarding breaking new ground within the northern area Attainable Real Estate had minimul exposure in this region and required a more intense listing to negotiate the pitfalls of dealing with opposition agents within the area. Another area could have been more crucial in gaining sufficient deposit and making critical time lines to settlement. This caused angst and many dicussions and phone calls as to when and how Attainable real Estate is looking to achieve the sale of a property when an indecisive client is given what we now see as an unattainable goal to sell his exsisting property.
