Luke is a personable and hardworking person. Gets things done and communicates well. Luke helped arrange a private inspection upon our interest. Ongoing dialogue and communication was important to help us purchase the property. Would highly recommend Luke to sell your property.
We have been very fortunate to have engaged Luke to sell our riverside property, After Luke visited the property he appraised and surprised us with a sale amount much higher than we expected, Luke was relentless following up and making over thirty trips out of town, down the dirt roads to show the property, the level of experience and knowledge and constant updates from Luke gave us confidence he would sell this unique farm property, Luke sold the property to a fantastic buyer with a very smooth process. I would recommend Luke and his team to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property, he is a honest and reliable guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience, best wishes to you and your family Luke , Kind regards
Working with Luke (and McGrath Batemans Bay) has been very easy and stress free. They've managed my property there with a great tenant. Now that ive sold that property with Lukes help unsurprisingly that process has been stress free. the price was right and it sold quickly.
I highly recommend Luke Allan ,from the moment we first inspected the home through to making an offer and purchasing the property Luke was always available to answer any of our questions and made the long distant move easier If the people of Batemans Bay are half as helpful as Luke we are going to love living on the south coast Kerrie
Luke provided us with excellent service. We greatly appreciate Luke’s assistance and making our home purchasing process smooth and hassle free.
Awesome to deal with would definitely recommend Luke to anyone
Could not be happier with my experience. Highly professional and knowledgeable. Approachable and not pushy. Highly recommend to both buyers and sellers.
I called Like at short notice as I was in the area on a weekend and he delayed a planned lunch to come and show me through as I was from out of town. Every other step of the way Luke has been responsive and communicative.
Luke Allan gave me confidence to progress with the purchase of my new house and it was his local market knowledge and professionalism that made all the difference.
Luke was always very professional and confident and has very good communication skills. Always returned phone call was happy to clear any matters that I was concerned about. Very happy with the service that was provided .
Luke has been managing our property for a number of years and has been a great agent. It was a no brainer that we would also use him for the sale. The campaign was managed very professionally and Luke worked with all prospective buyers to get us the best price. Thank you to Luke and his team for a successful result. Georgina Psychogios
