To keep things brief, Luke didn’t answer a single call I made to him throughout the process of purchasing. Only communication made was via text and very belated! He lead me to believe lies made about the tenants expectations and condition of property. As mentioned in another poor review, did only the barest of minimums. Don’t recommend him or Cairns First National
