I found communication hit and miss.
I'm a timid person and although Luke was polite I found that he could of explained on a one to one better and tried to understand where I'm coming from. Also he made these sweeping statements about how the market was sky rocketing and after a while talked the market down. Also settlement took four months without consultation. In the end I realise he wanted the commision but I felt that he disregarded me to fill his objective.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review however I am disappointed in some of your comments that seem not to reflect the actual situation. As a salesperson for 23 years, I pride myself in fully representing my clients. Unfortunately, I sometimes I have to deliver news from the market that is not welcome but is the truth. This was one of those situations. I truly believe as I am certain you do (as you signed the contract) that I achieved an excellent price for your property considering its condition.
