i had a course at work finish early, so on getting home i checked realestate.com.au to see if any NEW properties were listed. The house we purchased was just listed it was raining very heavily outside and did not look like it was going to clear soon i rang the agent listed Luke Bavaro ( from Gilmour & Orley ) and was so happy when he agreed to meet us at the home advertised in about 20 minutes time. Luke was waiting for us and had the house open and the lights on. I found Luke very friendly to deal with. Also any facts he gave us proved to be correct on further checking. He negotiated the price we offered with the Vendor. We were happy with the final agreed price.
