Estate agents get a lot of bad press, so you get a wee bit nervous trying to select the right person. But Luke is not your average agent. He obviously knew the market extremely well, but he was not complacent and came in with a number of different strategies aimed at getting us the best result. This gave us confidence and we got that great result. Luke followed up on everything as he said he would, right up to completion day. From start to finish Luke and his team were fantastic. Luke was very direct to deal with and made the process straight forward.
