This was the second property that Luke has sold for me. The first took a few weeks the second a few years. Both time frames reflected the market trend at the time. I chose Luke to list my property with, not because of the speed with which he sold the first property but because of his open honest up front attitude. He does everything you would want an agent to do, works hard , kept me informed, offered support and ideas, but he does more than that. He is genuine.
