I was very lucky to have Luke Brizzi as my agent to sell my unit in Thornbury. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Firstly Luke was very helpful in getting my unit ready for the sale, he gave me contacts for painters, plumbers, styling etc. He gave great advice in many areas. I sold my unit through the time when intertest rates were going up and a lot places were not selling, my unit was passed in at Aucion and I was quite anxious but Luke remained positive ‘it will sell , don’t worry it wiil sell!’. Of course he was right. He had his finger on the pulse in terms of the market and once things settled a bit he re auctioned the property and it was sold prior to auction.
