Of course he was right. He had his finger on the pulse in terms of the market and once things settled a bit he re auctioned the property and it was sold prior to auction. Luke was always a great person to deal with, very proffessional, always answering calls and and answering any questions I had. After inpsections he would always ring to say how it went and to talk about potential buyers. In general Luke is just a great person to deal with and friendly, I was really happy with his fantastic work and dedication in achieving a sale.
