At first ,me and my husband, positively reviewed this McGrath real estate employee (refuse to call him an agent as he’s nowhere close to an agent). He is dishonest and misleading. On Saturday morning inspections, the industrial fan connected to the restaurant bellow, was never on and was obviously off when the Auction took place, conveniently at night time. Being that we live here now, we are finding out the hard way that the fan is always on during all 7 days of the week. Would never ever recommend Luke Brizzi to absolutely anyone. He is presenting himself as being really friendly and helpful, but on contrary, he’s building his career on lies and dishonesty. Not being fully informative about a property and failing to showcase both good and bad, is essentially lying which is not recommended in real estate.
Luke and Tommasina ran a professional, thoughtful and skilful campaign, They're great listeners, and don't oversell themselves with hyperbole like many of the agents we interviewed. They were always reasonable, relatable, realistic and rational, and always encouraging, supportive and cheerful even in the face of the current pandemic when uncertainity in the marketplace fostered despondency.
