At first ,me and my husband, positively reviewed this McGrath real estate employee (refuse to call him an agent as he’s nowhere close to an agent). He is dishonest and misleading. On Saturday morning inspections, the industrial fan connected to the restaurant bellow, was never on and was obviously off when the Auction took place, conveniently at night time. Being that we live here now, we are finding out the hard way that the fan is always on during all 7 days of the week. Would never ever recommend Luke Brizzi to absolutely anyone. He is presenting himself as being really friendly and helpful, but on contrary, he’s building his career on lies and dishonesty. Not being fully informative about a property and failing to showcase both good and bad, is essentially lying which is not recommended in real estate.

We engaged Luke to sell our investment property during the COVID-19 period. We were quite nervous about selling in the period with high expectations and Luke was professional and positive the entire way through.
