Luke has sold two properties for us in Brisbane - in Scarborough and Stafford. He is an absolute professional and has delivered great results. A nice person to deal with he takes control and gives great advice, including negotiating with tenants and property managers - making life much easier for sellers. I was impressed with his diligence in getting the property up to scratch for reasonable cost. He is really "hands on" in giving feedback and delivering a timely and astute follow ups with buyers. He's a smart professional who impresses buyers and sellers with his thoroughness. Importantly he gets the sale at a good price. I will definitely go back to Luke for future sales.
