From the minute we met with Luke, we felt safe! Luke’s amazing knowledge of the area, honest approach to the sale and presentation of marketing advice to us could not be faulted. We set a very tight timeline for the sale and could not have been more pleased with the communication, effort and attention given to our home. There was a steady stream of interested parties and there was nothing about the sale that could be faulted. Luke, (in my personal opinion) is without doubt the best Agent I have ever dealt with and I would recommend him to sellers and buyers alike. He is someone whose care and attention to his clients will leave you always feeling “a little bit special”. Our house was an “Estate” sale and Luke was able to placate all 4 vendors with ease and was a calming influence throughout an emotional and stressful time. Luke also delivered an amazing result at $40k over the reserve. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
