A very professionally set out and managed campaign, brilliant exposure with lots of email interest and viewings both live and on line. The photos and videos were top quality. Luke kept us informed constantly but was never oppresive. He had liaised with the other members of staff so we felt the entire office was on the prowl for purchasers. The auction was very well handled with our participation by phone in real time. We can't recommend Luke highly enough.
Luke came recommended by our solicitor, so that was a good start. He is so experienced in the area we were selling in, so had wonderful knowledge to drawn on. Incredibly thorough and meticulous, always 'keeping us in the loop' with everything, but not 'bothering us' with unnecessary smaller details. It does however give great perspective on an agent.. and although we missed out on the first home we bid for with Luke - I can see he worked for the vendor and ran a great process in which the vendor did very well - and we felt we got our fair chance. The eventual home we bought, we suggested to us as an option before hitting the market and we appreciated Luke’s diligent follow up. A great agent to sell through, or buy from.
