Extraordinary is the word I would use to describe the level of service that Luke Croft delivered to me. This level of service came in many forms. It started with a very reasonable and appropriate house appraisal that was not at the same exorbitant heights that I was given by some of the five other agents I spoke with. I get the feeling that whatever appraisal value Luke provides, he aims to exceed it. This happened for us. I chose Luke because I felt he could achieve the best price for us even though his estimate wasn’t the highest. He is articulate and thorough and has a quality database of prospective buyers. In our case, it was one of these people in his database that purchased our house. Also our property was a high end rental and he was one of only two agents who suggested marketing it with the tenants as he believed this was a positive marketing atribute. Luke was also very helpful and diligent during the marketing period. He provided detailed weekly feedback both formally and informally. Another option also arose for us during this marketing period, which was whether we should split the block and sell it as two. We discussed this with Luke and he provided honest and helpful guidance on how to proceed. I would definitely use Luke in the future, and highly recommend him.
