Luke Curtis should not be selling house. He pushed us into buying this house. Gave us no knowledge of this house. He was dodgy from the start.I spoke to him once and never heard from him and still have not heard from him. Had to go into office to get keys for our house. Use the seller as hard person to deal with to get you to sign the contract without taking it to the solicitor

Left out BIG information In regards to our sale not trustworthy at all . Lead us on to believe tenant was staying when infact she was in rental arrears and been asked to leave but wouldn’t . This information should have been disclosed to us the buyers now it has cost us our savings to recoup !! Not happy
