Punctuality: On the open house day, we thought the open house was cancelled as Luke was not at location. We left 6 Wambiri Close, drove around the neighborhood and decided to give it last try, before we head home. Luke just arrived and was opening the front door. Same happen pre-settlement inspection. Overall, Luke needs to work on his timing, just be 5 mins earlier for your appointments. Follow-ups: Concerns are addressed timely and follow-ups are closed out promptly. Keep it up. Communication: I find, Luke is polite and a humble person, it's easier to communicate and he also communicates well with others to get them over the line. Keep it up.
