Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

When dealing with vendors and purchasers, it is important to realise the transaction is of a personal nature, not so much business orientated. Luke definately understands this and endeveaurs to his best ability to accommodate the needs and wishes of his clients to ensure they are adequately cared for and go out of his way to do so. Unfortunately, realestate is a 7 day a week occupation, I contacted Luke a few times on weekends, not once did Luke complain or try to push the subject onto a week day. His timely manner to return calls and answer questions was exceptional, nothing worse than waiting for a response. Being a personal purchase, a lot of questions are related to planning your days ahead and quick answers help to relieve the stress. Luke was very efficient and an absolute delight to deal with, we were very lucky to have him as our agent.
