Went above and beyond his job

Like was very professional and at the same time friendly and warm. He was always ready to assist. Was fair and straightforward which we really appreciated. Luke went above and beyond when it was time to get the keys after settlement. My wife was in hospital due to an emergency op and he obligingly brought the keys there with a lovely hamper so my wife and I could be handed the keys together on the allocated day. We would recommend Luke in a heartbeat. Thank you Luke.
